Difficult assembly!

I have done step 2 three times now and still can't get it right. The top does not fit no matter what I do! Instructions were very poor. I may end up returning it just because it doesn't go together like it should If any one has tips or a video for assembly please send it on0.

I reached out to company because I was having issues with their instructions. A simple picture book, one dimensional picture with poor orientation of pieces.

Their response was reach out to the company where I purchased the item.

The created the product and the directions but it is not their problem it is mine and Amazon's problem.

The response was sign customer service department. Did I miss something? Where was their customer service?

A few issues

One side of the drawer was a damaged piece of wood from the manufacturer. Two screws split the wood on part of the bench when screwed in. There are no predrilled holes in the pieces receiving the screwsso they tend to split at times. For the price, all the wood should be predrilled at all screw locations.

Love it!

It was bought as a gift to my niece and she loves it! She's sort of a beginner as far as plants go, but she's gaining on me quickly! The product is sturdy and has plenty of room! She loves it!
