You're not going to receive everything you are supposed to, but they will be happy to sell it to you.

Don't Do It

I was gifted this cage and it came without the tray or the dishes. I could replace the dishes easily enough, but I have been trying for the entire day to reach someone about the missing piece of plastic that is the pull out tray. When someone finally called me back, they need me to dig up order numbers and tracking numbers. Again, it was a gift. Don't buy this cage, get a reputable one from a legitimate company.

Decent cage for small birds

A few bars were bent but nothing terrible. I personally dont use litter grates so there is a bit of a gap at the bottom, be careful your bird/s dont try to escape and end up stuck through the gap. There are a few larger gaps on other parts of the cage as well near the door and top. My birds are not escape artists so Im not worried. I think this is decent cage/bang for your buck when it comes to housing small birds. Definitely too small for larger birds. Im housing two budgies inside mine, Id say any more then 3 and it would be a bit crowded.

Missing one important piece

Love the cage but it was missing the lock for the large door on front of cage. Now I have to look for one.
