Poorly manufactured

First delivered in completely unacceptable condition, huge tear in box, no surprise inside screws not in labeled package, poor manufacturing, one piece did not have appropriate holes for screws. After an hour an a half on the phone my family is told, “well you opened the box.�? Needless to say will never purchase anything from this establishment again

No assembly manual. NO CUSTOMER SERVICE to help

I have been trying to reach customer service for 10 days to get an assembly manual for furniture that I opened and spread out on the floor only to find out that there were no assembly instructions. I have tried the chat on the website, tried emailing several times, and have tried the phone number (which only directs me to send an email... that never gets a response). This is unbelievably poor customer service. One of the FAQs on the website is about not receiving a manual, and the resolution is to just send an email and it will be emailed along with a video, so this is obviously not an uncommon issue with this company. How hard is it to put the manuals on your website, or RESPOND TO AN EMAIL or ANSWER THE PHONE???? I'm very disappointed and will now need to go through the process of returning this TV stand and never purchasing from this company again.

Great product for cheap

Tv stand. Coffee bar. Credenza/Buffet. Beautiful piece. Easy directions to follow but many pieces. After assembly it is a sturdy product. It is made out of partial board but for the price I dont think you could beat it.Overall satisfied w my product purchase. Would buy again. Great product for the price. Happy!!

Nice stand

Very nice stand and worth the money. I would recommend using some wood glue during assembly to help ensure the sturdiness of the assembly.
